Andras’s professional legacy stems from his Organization and Leadership development studies and his 20+ years of experience working both as HR consultant and in house HR professional, in various top brands, including AvisBudgetGroup, Citi, BNP Paribas and most recently with Ford Motor Company. The divers mix of perspectives gives him a solid understanding of business needs and his credo is “HR is an enabler of high performing teams”. In his current role Andras develops the leadership capabilities of the Ford Business Solutions center in Hungary and builds a partnership based collaboration between the Center and the European business of Ford. Plays active role in the Hungarian HR community locally and a proud father of two.

People, education, and communication are, in short, the words that represent the past 20 years for Mátyás. Originally from the southwest of the country and holding two degrees in Culture Management and Human Resources, Mátyás brings diverse experience from both corporate and international public sectors. He has designed and delivered development programs in multiple regions and held various leadership roles. Currently, he leads KPMG Global Services’ learning and organizational development efforts. In addition, he is a university lecturer in the field of postgraduate strategic HR studies.

Miha Trunkelj

Miha Trunkelj is a 34-year-old Slovenian mechanical engineer and MBA candidate, and an experienced leader who manages a team of experts at IMP Promont, delivering complex and demanding projects. At the same time, within the Slovenian Association of Mechanical Engineers, he serves as Head of the Hydrogen and Hydrogen Technologies Department.

His career path took him from technical roles into people leadership, where he values trust, clear communication, and collaboration above all. A turning point was IMP Promont’s decision to start a structured partnership with DEVELOR, which opened new perspectives for him and brought him even closer to the most challenging – yet most rewarding – part of the job: leading people. He believes this is what sets successful projects apart from average ones, and that the human factor is crucial even in highly technical industries.
